Job Description

This is a remote position.


The Enterprise Implementation Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 
  • Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. 
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. 
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment. 
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships. 
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Monitor and address issues that may impact project delivery. 
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. 
  • Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Trello, Asana). 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
