This is a remote role. First Due is seeking a tech-savvy leader to work as a Client Success Manager supporting some of our nation’s leading public safety agencies. As a First Due Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for running the post-sale client relationship through Deployment, Training, and Support. Your main goal will be to ensure that the public safety agencies we work with are getting the most out of the First Due platform.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience from the Public Safety space. This position offers flexible hours that can complement a shift schedule.
